Nothing matters more than knowing your child has a safe and secure place to call home while studying. At My Space, our residences are equipped with a range of security measures, including 24-hour security guards, biometric access control and CCTV monitoring, helping to create an environment where students can feel safe and supported throughout their stay. Our Digs houses are equipped with electric fences, alarms (connected to armed response) and CCTV monitoring.

Many of our residences are conveniently located close to campus, making it easier for students to get to and from classes. Our on-site teams are available to assist when needed, and should any concerns or emergencies arise, support is always close at hand. Together, these measures provide added peace of mind for both students and parents.

University life is busy enough without having to worry about the little things. The following items make living at My Space that much easier for all students:

• Weekly bedroom/unit cleaning 
• On-site vending & coffee machines 
• Secure parking (at additional fee)
• Dedicated shuttle service from residences to SU or IMM 
• Onsite communal study/ meeting centres 
• DSTV on the primary TV in each Res & Digs 

All parents will have access to the My Space portal. Here you can view invoices and statements and make payments online. You never have to request an account balance or send a proof of payment again!
